  7.  This is an update to NewIcons V4.  It requires that you have NewIcons
  8.  V4.0 already installed.

  12. Changes since 4.0:
  13. ------------------

  15.  · LE/newicon.library was accidently requiring graphics.library V39
  16.    instead of V37, so Kickstart 2.04 users were unable to run NI4 at all.

  19.  · Icon TextMode can't work under 2.04 because pen handling was only
  20.    added in Kickstart 3.0.  So it's now disabled under 2.x. (NewIcons
  21.    and NewIconsPrefs)

  24.  · Removed some debugging output that was forgotten in CreateDefaultIcon.

  27.  · CreateDefaultIcon wouldn't properly create a disk.info file (it was
  28.    named '.info') if used from the CLI on a disk.  Also, it can now
  29.    properly handle logical names, so 'CreateDefaultIcon t:' will
  30.    properly create a Ram:T.info file.

  33.  · Fixed all the icons in Icons/Misc/Disks  and /Icons/Misc/Drawers.  The old
  34.    icon structure was corrupt, causing CopyNewIcon to crash if run from the WB.

  65.    installation of the Low End version of the newicon.library.   (People, please
  66.    upgrade...2.04 is ancient!)
